Look for a bigger banner and signs out front on 213th Street.

Demo has Started!

                  

Earlier this week demo was underway on our facility.  Big progress is being made every day!

Officially a Non-profit

It's Official!!

A few weeks ago we received notification from the IRS

that Destination: Art is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt

non-profit organization.

So all contributions are definitely tax deductible

using our EIN# 46-4026391

This was a big hurdle for our organization to get over 

so it's worth celebrating!

Our Destination

Destination: Art Members are excited to be working on plans for the potential site for the Studios/Gallery.

The warehouse space on the east side of historic Old Torrance will house six studios, a classroom, and plenty of walls for gallery offerings.  

We will be posting progress on our build out as soon as the site is available.

Kick-Off Meeting November 13

 Please come to our “kick-off” meeting on Nov 13 at 7pm.

This meeting is really important because we will be reviewing where we are and where we want to go, as well as taking data from everyone as to how much studio space everyone wants, how much exhibition space, and whatever else we need and want in a facility. From there, we will have  a small group meeting a week later to finalize our business plan. We will be discussing roles and responsibilities as well as hopes, dreams, and possible locations! 

 

You need to come to this meeting if you want to be included in the studios/gallery.
